Founder & Chief Executive Officer
David Killion is a decorated U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran and Co-Owner of CCAT Security, where his leadership formally designates the company as a Veteran-Owned Business. With extensive experience in tactical military operations, high threat executive protection, and covert surveillance, David is a cornerstone of CCAT’s elite operational strategy.
Over the course of his military career, David served in multiple combat zones, where he led mission critical operations requiring split second decisions under extreme pressure. These battlefield experiences sharpened his instincts in threat assessment, precision tactics, and team coordination skills he now applies to CCAT’s most sensitive and high-risk security assignments.

In the private sector, David has led numerous executive protection details for high-profile clients, as well as overseeing large scale surveillance and intelligence, gathering operations across both urban and rural environments. His approach blends military grade discipline with real world private security application, making him a trusted expert in personal protection, perimeter security, and tactical planning.

Beyond field operations, David is also a dedicated advocate for veterans transitioning into civilian careers. He plays an active role in recruiting and mentoring veteran talent, ensuring CCAT not only stands for safety and professionalism, but also for service, integrity, and opportunity.

Michael Macias is an accomplished security professional and dedicated leader with years of extensive experience spanning security operations, law enforcement tactics, and crisis management.
As the CEO and Founder of CCAT Security, Michael commands strategic operations with tactical proficiency, disciplined execution, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Throughout his career, Michael has held progressive roles in law enforcement, private security leadership, and operational management. He has worked across diverse assignments, including campus patrol, retail investigations, executive protection, high risk assessments, and both Law Enforcement and Security administration. Prior to founding CCAT, Michael also worked with multiple private security firms, refining his command approach and site supervision protocols.
Today, as the architect of CCAT’s growth, Michael oversees a veteran forward team delivering advanced services in uniformed security, executive protection, fire watch / disaster deployment, firearms training, and intelligence/threat assessment. He also oversees the CCAT Reservist Rapid Deployment Unit, composed of active U.S. military reservists trained for disaster response and high-risk stabilization. His SOPs and training systems are modeled after law enforcement and military doctrine, setting CCAT apart as a force-multiplier in private security.

Deven is a original founding member of CCAT Security and now a full time municipal Peace Officer with an advanced skill set in firearms instruction, criminal investigations, and tactical operations.
As an Operational Advisor and Consultant for CCAT, Deven helps streamline excellence across security operations, firearms training, and team development. Deven has over a decade of specialized field experience and is a professional in Safety & Security.

Law Enforcement & Field Operations
Since 2019, Deven has served as a full time municipal patrol officer in the California Bay Area, where he also serves the role of Field Training Officer (FTO), Firearms Trainer, CPR & First Aid Instructor, and MAIT team collision investigator.
Deven’s law enforcement experience includes the investigation of serious felonies such as assault, sexual assault, homicide, burglary, robbery, forgery, and narcotics trafficking, where he has developed a strong understanding of criminal motives, behaviors, and interrogation techniques.
